Our teachers have studied Latin, Ballroom, and Social dance extensively and work with adult clients who are active in the social and competitive dance scene. Our students range from beginner level to very advanced, competitive Salseros and Bachateros. We teach Salsa and Bachata to both leads and follows, as well as couples. We also teach other social dances ( see full list below) We also have competitive ballroom dancers on staff, who have extensive knowledge of that particular dance style. We strive to educate students on proper body mechanics and safe dance techniques. In your lessons at the groove room, your instructor will help you to establish a timeline that considers your needs, wishes, budget, and any other factors that are important to you to ensure you achieve your dance goals. Together, you will focus on meeting your goals with consideration for your physical abilities, experience, as well as financial and scheduling constraints.
